Grand Jury indicts two men for separate felony sex crimes against a child - CORRECTED

An Allegany County Grand Jury has indicted two men for felony sex crimes against a child in Wellsville, in separate cases, one from 2010 and the other in 2011.
According to a press release from District Attorney Kieth Slep's office, an indictment was handed up Wednesday charging Christopher L. Graves, 35, of Drum Road in Scio with sexual abuse 1st degree, a class D felony. In February 2011, in Wellsville, Graves is accused of subjected a child under age 11 to sexual contact.
In a separate case from Wellsville, in February 2010, the Grand Jury indicted Wayne E. Becker, 54, of Riverside Drive in Wellsville on a charge of felony sexual abuse 1st. Slep's office said he is accused of also having sexual contact with a child under the age of 11.
