Angelica man faces ten charges

An Angelica man faces ten charges after he was pulled over by Independence Police on Fulmer Valley Road Nov. 23 at 9:52 p.m.
Police said they charged Nathan R. Lehman, age 37, with felony counts of driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08% and aggravated unlicensed operation. He was also charged with operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device, improper plates, no insurance, uninspected and unregistered motor vehicle, no plate lamps and consuming alcohol in a vehicle. Arraigned in village of Wellsville court, Lehman was initially sent to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $1,500 cash. He'll return to court December 21. Wellsville police assisted.
