Cuba: Concert set to benefit victims of Hurricane Matthew

The Palmer Opera House, in conjunction with the Cuba Council of Churches is presenting a concert to benefit those impacted by the devastating effects of Hurricane Matthew.   
The afternoon will consist of a concert and basket raffle.  Many talented local musicians will perform a variety of songs, and homemade soups will be available for purchase.  Proceeds from the events will be directed to Samaritan’s Purse for distribution.  
Hurricane Matthew was the deadliest Atlantic hurricane of the last 15 years, pummeling the Southeast U.S. Coast, the Caribbean, and killing nearly 1,000 in Haiti.  The extent of the damage is widespread and far reaching.
