DWI Arrests in Livingston County



On 11/22/2016 at 11:14 p.m., State Police from SP Geneseo stopped a vehicle on Main Street in the Village of Mount Morris.  The operator was identified as Ian R. Seely, age 24, from the Town of Mount Morris.  Further investigation alleged that Seely was intoxicated.  He was arrested and submitted to a breath test with a result of .11 BAC.  He was charged with misdemeanor DWI and also ticketed for loud exhaust, moving from lane unsafely, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and crossing hazard markings.  Seely is scheduled to appear before the Village of Mount Morris Court on 12/14/2016 at 5:00 p.m.
  
On 11/26/2016 at 8:02 p.m., State Police from SP Geneseo stopped a Kia Sportage for driving 91 mph in a 65 mph zone on I-390 northbound in the area of Exit 8, Town of Geneseo.  The operator was identified as CaryleJean Johnson-Diller, age 57, from East Syracuse.  Further investigation alleged that Johnson-Diller was intoxicated. 
She was arrested and submitted to a breath test with a result of .13 BAC.  She was charged with misdemeanor DWI, speeding, failure to use designated lane, and open container of alcohol in a vehicle.  She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Geneseo Court on 12/21/2016 at 4:30 p.m.
