NY State Police Blotter

11/16/16 4:45pm- State police arrested a name-protected 18-year-old boy from Belfast. The lad was charged with assault 3rd stemming from an incident in Scio October 25. Court action is pending.
11/16/16 5:12pm- During a traffic stop on Dry Brook Road in Amity, state police arrested Kenneth H. Glass, 56 of Scio. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right. Court appearance tickets were issued.
11/16/16 11am- After investigating a larceny complaint in the town of Allen, state police arrested Allan W. Hennard, 54 of Fillmore. He was charged with criminal tampering 3rd and petit larceny.
11/16/16 11:19pm- Two men were arrested following an assault complaint in Amity. State police charged Tony E. Howard, 49 of Wellsville, with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated and assault 3rd. He was released on his own recognizance. Troopers also charged Ryan J. Sheridan, 23 of Wellsville, with two counts of assault 3rd. He was released on his own recognizance.
11/16/16 4:10pm- State police arrested Alicia M. Vaugh, 33 of Olean, following a shoplifting complaint in Allegany. Vaugh was charged with petit larceny.
11/16/16 10:30pm- After being called to a domestic disturbance in Hinsdale, state police arrested Jeffrey A. Miller, 43 of Allegany. He was charged with felony criminal contempt 1st degree involving a weapon. He was detained for court action.
11/16/16 7am- State police have made an arrest stemming from a domestic dispute in the village of Wayland Wednesday. Troopers said they charged 33-year-old Kelly Bortle of Dansville with unlawful imprisonment. He was also charged with harassment with physical contact, aggravated harassment and criminal trespass.
