NY State Police Blotter

11/19/16 1:30pm- A hunting dispute in the town of Alma ended with an arrest. State police said Richard C. Dudek, 61 of Hamburg, was taken into custody on the Prince-Greene Road and charged with trespass. He was issued a court ticket and released.
11/19/16 3:14pm- State police were called to a violent domestic dispute in the town of Almond. As a result, troopers arrested Mathew G. Monroe, 26 of Almond. He was charged with 2nd degree assault, a class D felony and the lesser crime of criminal obstruction of breathing. He was held for court action.
11/19/16 2:05pm- State police said two men were arrested after they investigated a drug complaint in the village of Canisteo. Troopers said they picked up Lee R. Richeson, 55, at 9 Eighth Street in Canisteo and charged him with 4th degree criminal possession of marijuana. Troopers said he allegedly possessed more than 2 ounces. Meanwhile, troopers picked up Cullen L. Jamison, 34, on State Route 248 in Canisteo and charged him with unlawful possession of marijuana. Both men were issued tickets for court and released.
