Potter County: Gun & Drug arrests in Galeton - 4 charged

In a press release received this morning, Pennsylvania State Police report that on October 27, 2016, they arrested four people at a home at 19 Kline Road in Galeton.
Taken into custody were:
  1. Ronald C. Pulcher, 34
  2. Michelle R. Header, 39 - on parole
  3. Michael J. Durdan, 22
  4. Ashley D. Header, 22 0 on parole
Police said all four lived together. On October 26, state parole officers went to the home after receiving a tip that there were guns inside the home. While inspecting the home, officers allegedly discovered marijuana plants growing in a bathtub. Troopers were then notified, according to the release. After obtaining a search warrant, three more marijuana plants were allegedly discovered in the bedroom closet of Ashley Header and Michael Durdan. Further, police said they discovered a loaded 12 gauge shotgun and a 9mm pistol. The weapons were allegedly handled by Pulcher and Michelle Header, both of whom are prohibited from having guns because of their criminal history.
All were charged with:
  1. Criminal conspiracy - manufacture of a controlled substance, felony
  2. Manufacture of a controlled substance, felony
  3. Possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor
  4. Possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor
In addition, Pulcher and Michelle Header were charged with possessing firearms, a felony. Pulcher was sent to the Potter County Jail on $100,000 bail. A preliminary hearing will be held December 16. Bail for Durdan was set at $50,000 however he posted bail and was released on November 15. He'll return to court December 16 for a preliminary hearing.
Bail for Michelle and Ashley Header was set at $50,000 and they were remanded to SCI Muncy for parole violations. They'll return to court January 5, 2017 for preliminary hearings.
