State Police Blotter - Coudersport Station

These reports were just received today, despite the date of the action...
11/11/16 2:30am- State police investigated a burglary at a home on Maple Lane in Austin. Troopers said a man broke a window at the home and then forced his way inside by breaking the front door. Once inside, he allegedly assaulted a man and woman. Troopers later arrested Ronald Thomas Harmon, 22, of Port Allegany. He was charged with felony burglary, felony criminal trespass, two counts of harassment and criminal mischief. Arraigned in court, he was remanded to Potter County Jail on $15,000 bail. He remains there today.
11/19/16 1am- State police investigated a one vehicle crash on Cherry Springs Road in Summit Township. Troopers said Seth D. Schager, 28 of Emporium, was driving when he drove off the road and struck a tree. Troopers said he fled the scene but later reported the incident. He was charged with speeding, failure to maintain lane and failure to immediately report a crash.
