Steuben County: Wind energy company filed for bankruptcy

A windmill company in Cohocton is filing for bankruptcy according to a story in the Corning Leader. Sunedison is a global company and operates and maintains around 100 windmills in Cohocton. The windmills are actually owned by an investment company and the future of the mills is unknown according to Steuben County Industrial Development Agency Director Jamie Johnson.
